Currently, preparations are underway for electing a new Board of Directors after the current Board members have completed their 4-year term in office. The election has been fixed to be held on 18/11/2003. The Board of Directors to be elected shall consist of seven members in addition to four other members to be appointed by a ministerial decree. Therefore, the new Board of Directors shall comprise of eleven members.
The total persons running for the election are 14 persons. Everything is running smoothly and the election campaign is going on a friendly basis between a group of people who want to share in a social and business environment to the benefit of the maritime community.
